Google user data (Mail in)

When you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox to one of your apps ("Mail in" on the app's page), you give Smithable access with Google's scope https://mail.google.com/. We use it only to read new messages in that mailbox's inbox, turn each into a record in your app, and mark it as handled (read, and labelled "Smithable"). We store nothing of the messages beyond their ids for 30 days and daily counts, do not use them for anything else or to train AI models, do not share them except with your own app, and do not let anyone read them except at your request, for security, or as the law requires. Disconnecting the mailbox, or deleting the app or your account, ends the access and revokes it at Google.

Smithable's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
